Superintendent Opportunities – Maine
We’re seeking experienced Superintendents to lead on‑site construction operations for commercial projects across Maine. If you bring strong field leadership and a commitment to safety and quality, we’d like to connect!
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily plan and short‑interval schedules
- Coordinate crews, materials, and inspections to meet project milestones
- Conduct daily jobsite walks and track progress in real time
- Enforce OSHA standards and company safety policies
- Provide full on‑site oversight throughout all phases of construction
Essential Skills
- 5 years of commercial construction field experience with proven on‑site leadership
- Strong construction management skills
- Proficiency in subcontractor management
- Experience with construction safety and quality control
- Vertical construction experience preferred.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, ME.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
