We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The role involves gathering, compiling, analyzing, and reporting on various data elements of the project, including scheduling, material data, labor data, and dashboard statistics. The Project Scheduler will ensure accurate and timely dissemination of program information to and from various program stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Maintain project schedules and purchase orders.
- Define program resource requirements.
- Monitor and report on cost, schedule, and performance by comparing actual status against baseline.
- Conduct variance analysis and structure corrective action plans.
- Implement and monitor recovery plans.
- Develop and participate in communications with management, customers, engineering, production, field operations & support, contracts, purchasing, marketing, and financial management.
- Strong experience with SAP Project Builder.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
- Experience working in a project or program management environment.
- Experience with project planning and scheduling.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
The work environment offers remote flexibility, with three days onsite and two days remote. The position is based in Columbia, MD, with work hours starting between 7-8 am from Monday through Friday. Enjoy three weeks of vacation and ten holidays as part of the contract. There is ample opportunity for career advancement, working directly with experienced project managers.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
