Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to Building Management Systems, HVAC Controls, and related industries. This role involves managing resources, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage resources by planning, scheduling, and forecasting manpower and resource requirements.
• Coordinate projects in accordance with contract documents and approved sales estimates.
• Manage all document control for projects, including RFI's, meeting minutes, punch lists, transmittal logs, submittal logs, change order logs, and issues logs.
• Prepare project billing revenue forecasts and schedules of values.
• Review all estimates and change orders for accuracy and approve all team project submittals.
• Be accountable for financial management on all assigned projects.
• Prepare installation subcontractor bidding documents and negotiate subcontracts.
• Obtain, organize, and maintain all project contract documents in accordance with quality policies.
• Prepare and update project schedules and cost estimates.
• Prepare and deliver final project documentation to the customer and collect payment.
• Maintain responsibility for all customer-facing communications.

• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Building Management Systems, HVAC Controls, Data Centers, or Construction Industry.
• Knowledge of basic BACnet/LON/MODBUS protocols.
• Completion of a Project Management Development Program.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to function in highly charged situations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong collaborative skills, both internal and external.

• Working knowledge of Office 365, File Structure, and VISIO.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Westmont, IL.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
