Job Description
This position provides project management and technical leadership for environmental investigation and remediation projects. It also involves assisting in the development of technical staff to meet client and organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead environmental investigation and remediation projects.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
- Develop and mentor technical staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and support business development efforts.
- Conduct remedial evaluations, cost estimating, and design from conceptual to detailed phases.
- Ensure projects are completed on scope, schedule, and budget.
- Prepare technical reports and perform advanced data analysis and interpretation.
- Interface with clients and regulatory agencies effectively.
- Participate in client invoicing and budgeting processes.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
- 7 years of environmental consulting experience.
- Strong background in project management, including scope, schedule, and budget management.
- Advanced skills in data analysis and technical report preparation.
- Experience in remedial evaluations and design.
- Proven ability to work with clients and regulatory agencies.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- P.E. license preferred, or 7 years working under a licensed professional.
- Proficiency in preparing proposals and cost estimates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior staff.
