What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules that keep engineering, procurement, and construction teams moving in sync
• Build and refine WBS structures that support accurate planning, reporting, and forecasting
• Set up and manage project data within Enterprise Planning & Controls systems
• Run schedule health checks, logic reviews, and what‑if analyses to anticipate risks before they hit
• Support resource planning and workload balancing across multidisciplinary teams
• Track schedule impacts from purchase orders, change orders, and field adjustments
• Collaborate with Project Management and Accounting to align budgets, contingencies, and schedule‑driven cost forecasts
• Assist with earned value tracking to measure performance and drive accountability
• Conduct field audits and schedule validations to ensure real‑world progress matches the plan
• Deliver clear, data‑driven schedule insights that keep leadership informed and projects on track

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3 years of project controls or scheduling experience
• Ability to obtain OSHA‑10 certification
• Experience with project scheduling tools (no P6 required—flexibility welcomed)

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Lexington, KY.

The pay range for this position is $38.50 - $66.00/hr.
