Job Description

We are seeking a Project Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled architect with 5-8 years of experience who thrives in leading projects from concept to completion. While healthcare experience is highly preferred, it is not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects through all phases, from schematic design to construction administration.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Develop and oversee design documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines and external consultants to integrate technical solutions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and design staff.
• Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress to ensure design integrity.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.

Essential Skills

• 5-8 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other architectural software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare projects is preferred but not required.
• Architectural licensure is preferred.

Work Environment

Each person has a cubicle in a friendly work environment with exposure to different teams and project types. The office is located right off of Woodward, next to restaurants and bars, with a 5-minute drive to downtown Royal Oak. Work is conducted in-office 4 days a week with 1 day remote.

This is a Permanent position based out of Royal Oak, MI.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $105000.00/yr.

This is a hybrid position in Royal Oak,MI.
