Job Title: Project Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator with a strong construction industry experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data entry in QuickBooks, supporting operations through Procore, and assisting with vendor management and coordination. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a keen eye for detail to ensure smooth project administration.

Responsibilities

• Enter, pay, and track vendor/subcontractor invoices using QuickBooks and Procore.
• Manage vendor relationships by collecting necessary documentation such as W-9s and insurance, and onboarding subcontractors.
• Utilize construction knowledge to understand and process RFIs, submittals, punch lists, and change orders.
• Read and interpret basic construction plans or drawings.
• Ensure compliance with jobsite safety protocols to aid in field coordination.

Essential Skills

• Construction industry experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks for data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Procore is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction terminology.
• Understanding of jobsite safety protocols.

Work Environment

This salaried position requires a minimum of 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. However, working hours may vary based on project needs and important deadlines. The work environment is dynamic and may require adaptability to changing schedules.in

This is a Permanent position based out of Tucson, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
