- Prepare staffing plans, including skill and labor mix, to support contract operations.
- Monitor contract, subcontract, and funding.
- Prepare forecasts of program financial performance.
- Experience in program management, particularly in aerospace and satellite industries.
- Proficiency in scheduling and managing $50 million programs.
- Ability to communicate across a matrix organization.
- Experience with satellite technologies.
- Security clearance is a plus.
The role is based in an office and manufacturing environment. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $120.00 - $140.00/hr.
