Manufacturing Technician – Day Shift
Location: West Greenwich, RI
Schedule: 2-week rotation, Day Shift (6:45 AM – 7:00 PM)
Openings: 3 positions
Overtime: Available every other week
Weekend Availability Required
About the Role
We are seeking skilled Manufacturing Technicians to support production operations in a controlled environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring compliance with quality standards and maintaining efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform dispensing and GMP operations
- Handle and move materials between designated areas
- Prepare and feed components into equipment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and tuggers
- Perform sanitation activities and follow gowning procedures
- Complete documentation and use basic computer systems for inventory and training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous operations
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED and 1 year of work or military experience OR Associate’s degree
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 48 lbs
- Basic computer skills
- Must adhere to PPE requirements: safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, scrubs & gowning
Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing, warehousing, or pharmaceutical environments
- Clean room experience (pharma, hospitals, or controlled settings)
- Familiarity with hygiene and gowning procedures

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
