Job Description
We are seeking experienced Professional Land Surveyors (PLS) for remote roles licensed in at least one of the following states: Washington, Oregon, or Idaho. As a Professional Land Surveyor, you will manage construction survey projects, prepare ALTA/NSPS surveys, legal descriptions, boundary adjustments, and more. This role offers a starting salary of $120,000 depending on experience, along with full benefits.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction survey projects.
- Prepare ALTA/NSPS surveys.
- Draft legal descriptions and boundary adjustments.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Proficiency in civil 3d.
- At least 5 years of experience in professional land surveying.
- Experience in construction project management, ALTA surveys, boundary adjustments, and legal exhibits.
- Licensed in Washington, Oregon, or Idaho.
- Proficiency in CAD is a plus.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Clean driving record.
- Must pass post-offer drug test.
The position offers flexibility with the option to work fully remote, fully in person, or in a hybrid model, depending on the candidate's preference. The work environment is collaborative and digital, with support from offices in Washington and Oregon. The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
