Product Support Specialist

Be the go-to technical expert supporting innovative electro-mechanical products.

This role blends hands-on troubleshooting, customer interaction, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll support distributors and end users while helping drive product success through technical expertise, training, and documentation.

What You’ll Do

• Provide technical support via phone/email for electro-mechanical products
• Troubleshoot issues using structured diagnostics and resolve common problems
• Escalate complex issues to engineering with clear documentation
• Manage support tickets, RMAs, warranty claims, and returns
• Coordinate orders, RFQs, and customer inquiries (pricing, lead times, availability)
• Assist customers with product selection and application guidance
• Collaborate with engineering, warehouse, and sales teams to resolve issues
• Develop and maintain technical documentation (FAQs, guides, spec sheets)
• Support distributor onboarding and product training (webinars, walkthroughs)
• Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction

What You Bring

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills with industrial equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
• Customer-facing experience in technical support or product support
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• Comfortable supporting contractors, technicians, and distributors

Nice to Have

• 5–15 years of experience supporting industrial or electro-mechanical products
• Hands-on assembly experience with mechanical or electro-mechanical systems
• Basic understanding of wiring and electrical connections
• Experience supporting distributors or channel partners
• Familiarity with technical documentation creation (FAQs, install guides, spec sheets)
• Experience with AI tools, CRM/support systems, or documentation tools

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coral Springs, FL.

The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $40.87/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Coral Springs,FL.
