Job Description
As a Process Engineer, you will provide day-to-day support across multiple production units, ensuring safe and efficient operations. You will perform essential engineering calculations such as line sizing, pump sizing, and relief device sizing in accordance with API 520/521 standards. Your role includes developing and maintaining key process documentation, including Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and Mass & Energy Balances, while also preparing detailed equipment and control valve specifications.
Responsibilities
- Perform engineering calculations such as line sizing, pump sizing, and relief device sizing according to API 520/521 standards.
- Develop and maintain process documentation including PFDs, P&IDs, and Mass & Energy Balances.
- Prepare equipment and control valve specifications.
- Contribute to Process Safety Management (PSM) activities including Management of Change (MOC), HAZOP reviews, and compliance assessments.
- Troubleshoot plant issues during site visits, support turnarounds and startups.
- Collaborate with Project Services on small capital projects.

Work Environment
This role follows a regular Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Time will be split between office-based responsibilities and fieldwork, with approximately 60% spent on-site at plants and work sites. Field activities include troubleshooting, commissioning, and providing direct support to project service teams. The remaining 40% of time will be dedicated to office-based engineering tasks and collaboration. The position also requires 25–30% travel to various sites across the country to provide technical support and ensure successful project completion.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $103000.00/hr.
