Description
The Process Sustaining Engineer supports manufacturing operations through hands-on troubleshooting, equipment support, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role focuses on maintaining process stability, improving equipment performance, and supporting production in a regulated manufacturing environment. The Engineer works cross-functionally to identify and resolve electromechanical issues, support process optimization, and ensure accurate documentation of all activities. Candidates must be comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing production needs.

For Engineers, entry-level candidates can be trained, but prior experience in mechanical assembly, electrical troubleshooting, and automation system interfacing is beneficial.

This is a Contract position based out of Carlsbad, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $34.56 - $34.56/hr.
