Medical Assistant – High-End Plastic Surgery Practice
Location: Midtown Manhattan, NY
Schedule: 4 days/week (Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 1 additional weekday)
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00/6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $27–$30/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a polished and personable Medical Assistant to join a prestigious plastic surgery practice in Midtown Manhattan. This role is ideal for a candidate with experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical spa environments who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform standard medical assistant duties including patient intake, vitals, and phlebotomy
- Schedule patient appointments across multiple platforms with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless, personalized patient experience
- Support physicians with clinical and administrative tasks
- Coordinate patient arrangements and follow-up communications
Required Qualifications
- Medical Assistant Diploma or Certification
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting
- Prior experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or medical spa environments
- Proficiency in phlebotomy and patient care
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with high-end clientele
- Team-oriented and committed to long-term growth in the role

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
