This role is ideal for a candidate with experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical spa environments who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform standard medical assistant duties including patient intake, vitals, and phlebotomySchedule patient appointments across multiple platforms with accuracy and efficiencyProvide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless, personalized patient experienceSupport physicians with clinical and administrative tasksCoordinate patient arrangements and follow-up communicationsRequired QualificationsMedical Assistant Diploma or Certification1–2 years of relevant experience in a clinical settingPrior experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or medical spa environmentsProficiency in phlebotomy and patient careStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsFluent in English with excellent verbal and written communicationProfessional demeanor with the ability to interact with high-end clienteleTeam-oriented and committed to long-term growth in the rolePreferred QualificationsExperience with multi-platform scheduling systemsEnergetic, friendly, and engaging personalityAbility to multitask and maintain composure in a dynamic environmentWork EnvironmentThis role is based in a high-end plastic surgery office in Midtown Manhattan, offering a luxurious and professional setting.
