Are you ready to be the vital link between groundbreaking clinical research and the patients who need it most? We’re seeking passionate, people-focused professionals to join our fast-paced, mission-driven team as a Clinical Patient Recruiter.
What You’ll Do:
- Reach out to potential study participants through inbound calls, outreach texts, and cold calls.
- Conduct phone screenings using protocol-specific criteria to determine eligibility.
- Work closely with study coordinators to meet recruitment goals and ensure participant qualifications.
- Schedule screening visits, send reminders, and track participant progress from first contact to enrollment.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date recruitment data using internal systems.
- Contribute to recruitment campaigns, develop action plans, and provide weekly progress updates.
- Cultivate a pipeline of potential participants—even between studies.
- Participate in study meetings and stay sharp by reviewing assigned protocols thoroughly.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richardson, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
