What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Entry Pharmacy Technician position at Actalent?
We’re looking for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to support order entry and prescription processing in a long‑term care pharmacy setting.
What You’ll Do:
- Enter and review medication orders
- Work closely with pharmacists to keep things running smoothly
- Help ensure prescriptions are complete, accurate, and ready to go
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- Rotating weekends
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License
- Prior order entry experience (long‑term care or closed‑door pharmacy preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Team‑oriented mindset

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
