We are seeking a dynamic and organized Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors and employees by providing exceptional front desk reception and administrative support. The position requires a proactive individual who can manage various tasks efficiently and maintain a high level of service and professionalism.
Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors entering the facility, greeting them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Issue visitor and parking passes, adhere to security protocols, and escort visitors to their destinations within the facility.
- Answer telephone calls professionally and make a memorable first impression.
- Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities as requested.
- Manage janitorial and maintenance work orders, addressing issues with vendors or staff as needed.
- Escalate inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers as appropriate.
- Provide support for the team, including office supply management, meeting coordination, and equipment care.
- Create customized client materials following brand guidelines.
- Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all building occupants.
- Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems in own work area without supervisory approval.
- Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
- Impact the team through the quality of services or information provided.
- Follow standardized procedures and practices under moderate supervision and guidance.
- Handle printing and mail work efficiently.
- High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
- Established understanding of work routines and standards, applying skills and knowledge across various processes, procedures, and systems.
- Intermediate problem-solving skills with the ability to review and select solutions independently.
- Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team clearly and concisely.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.
- Experience in data entry and administrative support.
- Front desk reception and badging experience.
- Vendor management and customer service skills.
The position is based in Miami at 830 Brickell Plaza and requires in-person attendance from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that parking is not provided, and the individual will be responsible for managing their own parking arrangements. The role is initially for two months with the possibility of extension. The work environment is dynamic, offering opportunities to impact the team positively through high-quality service and information provision.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
