Nuclear Cardiology Technologist

Actalent is looking for a Nuclear Cardiology Technologist located in Fort Worth, TX

💲 $38–$55/hour

Position Summary

Seeking a Nuclear Cardiology Technologist to perform high-quality cardiac nuclear imaging, including gated SPECT MPI and stress testing. Responsible for patient care, image acquisition, processing, and supporting physician interpretation while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program
• CNMT and/or ARRT-N required
• MRT-N and BLS required
• Experience preferred; new grads with clinical competency considered

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare patients, explain procedures, apply ECG leads, and start IVs
• Perform rest/stress gated SPECT imaging
• Assist with bubble studies
• Process images (QGS/QPS/ECToolbox) and support preliminary interpretation
• Ensure accurate documentation in EMR and maintain HIPAA compliance
• Communicate abnormal results to physicians
• Maintain equipment and participate in QA/accreditation efforts
• Travel between Fort Worth and Weatherford sites as needed

The pay range for this position is $79040.00 - $114000.00/yr.
