Join a dynamic team where you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) artifacts to support intelligence analysis and mission-focused engineering efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and manage MBSE artifacts to support intelligence analysis, modeling, and mission-focused engineering efforts at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC).
- Create authoritative system and system-of-systems architectures, behaviors, and interfaces using MBSE tools.
- Translate mission needs and intelligence requirements into structured, traceable engineering models.
- Collaborate with engineers, software developers, analysts, and government stakeholders in a classified, mission-critical environment.
- Maintain technical artifacts, integrated datasets, and documentation in accordance with DoD and Intelligence Community standards.
- Support technical reviews and present modeling products to customer and program stakeholders.
- 3 years of experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering roles.
- Proficiency in Cameo, MagicDraw, and SysML.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field.
- Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and SysML.
- Possession of a TS clearance, with SCI preferred.
- PMP and OCSMP Certifications.
- Master’s Degree in Engineering or related certifications such as OCSMP or Project Management PMP.
- Knowledge of SysML 2.0.
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming languages, including Python.
- Experience with DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF), Unified Architecture Framework (UAF), or other architecture frameworks.
- Ability to analyze architecture and engineering data to solve complex problems, recommend solutions, and improve products and processes.
- Knowledge of aerospace/defense systems and processes.
- Experience with modeling and simulation (M&S) tools and practices.
The position is based in an office setting, offering a unique opportunity to work and support the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). You will be part of a company with an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), experiencing rapid growth yet maintaining a small company feel with approximately 200 employees.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $175000.00/yr.
