Join a dedicated team focused on the safety and well-being of our workforce. As a part of the Workplace Health Safety (WHS) team, you will play a key role in ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our associates. The Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) will collaborate with WHS site managers and specialists to support health initiatives, provide first aid, and educate associates on health and safety practices.
Responsibilities- Provide first aid support and refer associates to external medical providers as necessary.
- Minimize injury risk through awareness, education, and proactive engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided to associates.
- Coordinate workers' compensation and return-to-work programs for work-related injuries.
- Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
- Engage with associates and leadership to coach on safe work habits.
- Maintain a clean working environment and manage medical supply inventory.
- Participate in training and certification to facilitate first aid, CPR, and AED classes.
- Maintain all first aid, CPR, and AED credentials.
- Work flexible shifts, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Assist with random saliva drug testing protocols.
- Deliver effective care in emergencies and assist with emergency response at the site.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved emergency cardiac care provider.
- Current valid EMT or Paramedic Certification from the Department of Health or the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT).
- Certification to teach first aid, CPR, and AED from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with industrial wellness programs.
- Experience managing musculoskeletal disorders, ergonomics, and coaching on body mechanics.
- Experience with OSHA regulations and Workers' Compensation.
- Proficiency in digital record-keeping.
- Recent military experience as a Combat Medic, U.S. Army Field Medic, U.S. Army Healthcare Specialist, U.S. Army Hospital Corpsman, U.S. Navy, or Aerospace Medical Service Technician, U.S. Air Force.
This role requires the ability to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach. You will stand and walk for up to 12 hours during shifts in an environment with variable noise levels and temperatures, including outdoor loading areas. Shifts are Front Half Mid (Sunday - Wednesday, 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM EST).

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $29.00 - $31.00/hr.
