As a key player in our office, you’ll be the friendly voice and face that patients rely on. Your day-to-day will include:

• 📞 Answering phone calls with professionalism and care
• 📅 Scheduling appointments to keep our clinic flowing efficiently
• ✅ Managing prior authorizations for treatments and procedures
• 👋 Checking patients in and out with accuracy and warmth

💡What You Bring

• Experience withElectronic Medical Records (EMR), especiallyMeditech Expanse
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• A calm, can-do attitude in a busy healthcare setting
• Top-notch data entry and customer service abilities

🎓Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Certified Medical Assistant (MA) preferred (AAMA/NHA/AMT)
• Not certified yet? No problem—just be ready to get certified within 6 months of hire!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.77 - $22.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
