The successful candidate will also validate system functionality and support production technicians during assembly and testing.
Responsibilities
- Provide mechanical engineering support through CAD detailing and design tasks.
- Conduct structural analysis to improve existing designs.
- Deliver hands-on technical assistance across disciplines, including electrical team support.
- Validate system functionality and assist production technicians during assembly and testing.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 7 years of experience in mechanical analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in FEA tools such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or NASTRAN.
- Solid understanding of mechanics of materials, structural analysis, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to interpret test data and correlate it with simulation results.
- Experience with AutoCAD Inventor and AutoCAD.
- Strong skills in mechanical analysis and engineering.
