Additional Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent • 5 years of related mechanical design experience • 2 years of experience with 3D CAD modeling • Experience with dimensional engineering and tolerance analysis Preferred qualifications: • Design for manufacturing experience • Familiar with process FMEA analyses • Skilled in the creation of quality systems and gage system design • Familiar with work instructions and process documents • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Quick learner with a high level of ambition and drive • Strong people skills, able to work in a highly collaborative team environment • Hands-on practical manufacturing experience • Fenestration experience is a plus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
