Job Description
- Monitor daily progress of all active mechanical projects (HVAC, plumbing, piping, sheet metal, controls).
- Confirm that project teams have the resources, manpower, and equipment needed for the day.
- Review project schedules, short‑interval plans, and identify tasks at risk of delay.
- Coordination With Project Managers & Field Supervisors
- Customer & General Contractor Communication
- Financial oversight
- Oversee procurement priorities
- Safety Management
- Review installation methods, workflows, and quality standards.
- Improve standard operating procedures for
Essential Skills
- 7 years of experience in the mechanical contracting or construction industry
- Bachelors degree in, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration is a plus
- Experience managing project managers, foremen, and field crews
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
