Mechanical Construction Operations Manager

Job Description

• Monitor daily progress of all active mechanical projects (HVAC, plumbing, piping, sheet metal, controls).
• Confirm that project teams have the resources, manpower, and equipment needed for the day.
• Review project schedules, short‑interval plans, and identify tasks at risk of delay.
• Coordination With Project Managers & Field Supervisors
• Customer & General Contractor Communication
• Financial oversight
• Oversee procurement priorities
• Safety Management
• Review installation methods, workflows, and quality standards.
• Improve standard operating procedures for

Essential Skills

• 7 years of experience in the mechanical contracting or construction industry
• Bachelors degree in, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration is a plus
• Experience managing project managers, foremen, and field crews
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

This is a Permanent position based out of Plain City, OH.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
