About the Role
We are seeking a Marine/Waterfront Project Manager with a passion for waterfront design to join our growing team in New York City. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact shoreline projects and contribute to the design and development of waterfront structures including:
- Bulkheads
- Retaining walls
- Piers and platforms
- Fenders, docks, and flood resiliency systems
You'll take on a pivotal role leading high-impact coastal and waterfront projects across the NYC region. This position offers the opportunity to mentor junior staff and contribute to the growth of a dynamic and expanding team within a well-established organization
Responsibilities
- Lead and review advanced structural and geotechnical engineering analyses for waterfront infrastructure projects.
- Manage design efforts for a range of coastal and marine structures
- Guide the preparation and submission of regulatory permit applications for waterfront development
- Oversee the development of technical reports, construction documentation, and project-related correspondence.
- Proposal development, change order drafting, invoice review, and client engagement.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in structural, waterfront/marine, or geotechnical engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical or Structural Engineering
- EIT/PE License (preferred)
- Prior field experience in waterfront facility inspections and construction observation
- Experience with waterfront structures is highly preferred

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $103000.00/yr.
