Job Description
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support product design, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement initiatives within a production environment. This role will partner with Design, Quality, Materials, and Production teams to ensure products are designed for manufacturability, meet customer requirements, and support efficient, high-quality operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation including BOMs, engineering datasheets, control narratives, and work instructions from technical drawings.
- Collaborate with Design Engineering to optimize products for manufacturability, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Provide engineering support for production equipment layout, design, evaluation, and process improvements.
- Support quality initiatives including NCR investigations, dispositions, inspection test plans, and test station development.
- Partner with Quality, Materials, and Operations teams to resolve engineering issues, support procurement activities, and ensure compliance with quality management systems.
- Research, evaluate, and implement new equipment, technologies, and product line improvements while adhering to engineering standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing, application, or design engineering preferred.
- Proficiency with SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work cross-functionally, and collaborate with suppliers and vendors.
- Experience with manufacturing processes, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing.
- Familiarity with assembly manufacturing, SOP, design for manufacturing, and bill of materials.
- Possession of Green Belt or Yellow Belt certification.
- Experience in time studies and line balancing.
- Enthusiasm, sense of urgency, and a positive attitude.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
Health, dental and 401k along with HOL and VAC pay.
