As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will focus on production and process optimization, ensuring the highest levels of performance, quality, and efficiency across assigned manufacturing lines. You will play a critical role in technical engineering support, tooling and equipment management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Monitor performance, quality, and efficiency across assigned manufacturing lines.
- Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities and support root‑cause investigations.
- Optimize line throughput by improving workflow balance, reducing changeover time, and streamlining setups.
- Review machine performance and utilization to minimize downtime and machine‑related scrap.
- Develop, maintain, and adjust process profiles (e.g., soldering, thermal, reflow) to meet product specifications.
- Ensure all process parameters are maintained within required tolerances for reliable product quality.
- Support compliance with applicable industry standards (e.g., soldering requirements, quality benchmarks).
- Design or source production tooling, fixtures, jigs, stencils, and other manufacturing aids.
- Coordinate equipment moves, line layout changes, installations, and supporting logistics.
- Ensure preventive maintenance activities are completed as scheduled.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional technical teams during equipment or process changes.
- Communicate effectively with operators, engineering, quality, facilities, and support teams.
- Promote a culture of information sharing and continuous improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred; 1–2 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and apply engineering judgment.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing workflows, tooling, and process control concepts.
- Comfortable working in a high‑paced production environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience with line balancing, process mapping, or lean manufacturing principles.
- Familiarity with process documentation, statistical analysis, or continuous improvement tools.
- Basic understanding of equipment installation and preventive maintenance coordination.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr.
