  • Collaborate with design engineers to provide Design for Manufacturability (DFM) feedback and enhance product designs for ease of fabrication and assembly.
  • Support build technicians on the production floor by troubleshooting manufacturing issues, resolving non-conformances, and implementing effective corrective actions.
  • Work closely with supply chain and quality teams to ensure the procurement and inspection of high-quality avionics components.
  • Analyze process performance and yield data to identify trends, address issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain capacity and demand plans to align manufacturing capabilities with production requirements.

  • Hands-on experience with printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs), avionics boxes, or wire harness fabrication and assembly.
  • Knowledge of IPC standards for PCB and cable assembly.
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining process documentation such as manufacturing work instructions, process control plans, and test procedures.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with design, supply chain, quality, and production teams to solve complex manufacturing problems.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate process performance and yield data and translate findings into actionable improvements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
