Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in creating and maintaining manufacturing documentation, collaborating with CNC programmers, and managing projects from initiation to completion. Responsibilities

• Create and maintain travelers and manufacturing operation sheets.
• Collaborate with CNC programmers to develop efficient manufacturing processes.
• Issue job releases using JobBoss.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Maintain a professional and positive image with customers.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Design fixtures for large turning machines, 5-axis vertical, and horizontal milling centers.

Essential Skills

• Familiarity with drafting standards, techniques, and interpretation.
• Understanding of manufacturing techniques, standards, and specifications.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Exposure to CNC Environment.
• Experience with Bill of Materials.
• Process improvement skills.
• Knowledge of Mastercam, JobBoss, and ERP systems.

Work Environment

The role is based in an onsite environment, requiring comfort in a highly active CNC setting. The work environment includes exposure to dust and non-toxic chemical smells. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $48.08/hr.
