Remote LVN/LPN Nurse Coordinator

Monday–Friday | 8–5 or 7:30–4:30 CT

Fully Remote | $25–$29/hr

We’re urgently hiring a Remote LVN/LPN Nurse Coordinator to support patients starting and staying on specialty therapies. This role is ideal for nurses who have experience managing high call volumes while maintaining exceptional accuracy in a structured remote setting. In this role, you will:

• Support patients and caregivers with treatment start-up and medication adherence.
• Respond to therapy-related questions with clarity and compassion.
• Handle 50–70 calls per day while maintaining a professional, patient-centered tone.
• Assist with compliance and quality audits.

Requirements

• Active Compact LPN/LVN license (required).
• Experience in high‑volume, metrics‑driven environments.
• Prior remote work experience.
• Strong phone communication and meticulous documentation skills.

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
