Job Title: LIMS Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive LIMS Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in LIMS administration, particularly with LabVantage, and will play a key role in supporting LabVantage ELN implementation and the transition from Labware to LabVantage LIMS. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is action-oriented, tech-savvy, and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary administrator for LabVantage LIMS and ELN platforms.
• Support the implementation of LabVantage ELN, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
• Facilitate and manage the transition of the Labware system to LabVantage LIMS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system improvements and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure data integrity and system efficiency across all LIMS-related applications.
• Provide training and support to end users, ensuring effective utilization of LIMS.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience as a LIMS Administrator is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in LabVantage administration is a must.
• Experience with ELN and LIMS platforms, and familiarity with their functionalities.
• Ability to confidently take on responsibilities and hit the ground running without requiring extensive training or mentorship.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an action-oriented approach to tasks.
• Exceptional teamwork capabilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• High level of technical aptitude and adaptability to new systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $42.00/hr.
