- Gather data, implement, and evaluate care for an assigned group of patients based on physician's orders and the Nursing Care Plan.
- Document data on the appropriate record.
- Facilitate patient teaching and implement discharge planning.
.Qualification :
- 3 Months of experience working as LPN is Mandatory
- LPN License from state of OK is Mandatory

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
