Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to perform high volume sample testing and prepare samples for analysis. The role involves supporting aseptic fill finish of vials, maintaining lab equipment, and adhering to all safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Perform high volume sample testing.
- Prepare all samples for analysis.
- Support aseptic fill finish of vials.
- Maintain lab equipment and follow all safety protocols.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in sample preparation and media preparation.
- Strong pipetting skills.
- Understanding of SOP and GMP standards.
- Knowledge of lab safety and chemistry.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences.
- 0-1 years of experience in a lab environment.
- Comfortable with repetitive manual tasks and fine motor skills.
- Experience with pipetting.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Eager to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment.
Work Environment
The successful candidate will join a team of about seven individuals in a fast-paced lab environment. The dress code is business casual, and the role involves a lot of high-volume manual tasks and pipetting. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with the possibility of overtime, although not on a regular basis.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Framingham, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
