Laboratory Technician – Full Time (On‑site)

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Laboratory Technician to support cutting‑edge research in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you’ll perform hands‑on laboratory work, contribute to data-driven discoveries, and help ensure the highest standards of scientific excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Perform laboratory tests and experiments following established protocols and procedures
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data; prepare clear and accurate reports
• Maintain precise documentation of all laboratory activities and findings
• Ensure compliance with all quality control standards and regulatory requirements
• Assist in developing, validating, and implementing new laboratory procedures and techniques
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
• Uphold strict safety guidelines and maintain an organized, compliant laboratory environment
• Collaborate closely with scientists and team members to support research goals

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, or a related scientific field
• 1 year of clinical laboratory experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of molecular biology, microbiology, and standard laboratory procedures
• Familiarity with cGMP is a plus
• Experience using LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems)
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
