Job Description
Join our team as a Production Technician where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our inventory and shipping processes. You will work in a highly regulated environment, contributing to life-changing treatments in a mission-driven setting.
Responsibilities
- Accurately count and verify incoming merchandise.
- Record product data in inventory systems.
- Match physical stock with digital records.
- Perform packaging and shipping duties.
- Inspect shipments to ensure they are undamaged and properly dated.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with labeling standards.
- Maintain accuracy in documentation and shipment preparation.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
Essential Skills
- Attention to detail.
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Understanding of sterilization and sanitation processes.
- Ability to perform general labor and work on production lines.
- Experience in troubleshooting within production environments.

Work Environment
Production Technicians work in a highly regulated environment that adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role requires standing for most of the shift, which is from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $14.00 - $16.00/hr.
