Job Description

Join our team as a Production Technician where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our inventory and shipping processes. You will work in a highly regulated environment, contributing to life-changing treatments in a mission-driven setting.

Responsibilities

• Accurately count and verify incoming merchandise.
• Record product data in inventory systems.
• Match physical stock with digital records.
• Perform packaging and shipping duties.
• Inspect shipments to ensure they are undamaged and properly dated.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with labeling standards.
• Maintain accuracy in documentation and shipment preparation.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

Essential Skills

• Attention to detail.
• Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Understanding of sterilization and sanitation processes.
• Ability to perform general labor and work on production lines.
• Experience in troubleshooting within production environments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory management.
• Skill in packaging, shipping, and receiving.
• Effective team collaboration and communication skills.

Work Environment

Production Technicians work in a highly regulated environment that adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role requires standing for most of the shift, which is from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $16.00/hr.
