Key Responsibilities
- Install and connect residential solar electrical systems, including panels, inverters, and related components
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues to ensure system performance and safety
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation plans
- Work with patented/proprietary products and follow company-specific installation standards
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and safety regulations
- Collaborate with installers, project managers, and field teams across multiple job sites
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment
Required Qualifications:
- Active Journeyman Electrician license
- Experience with residential electrical systems (solar experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety practices
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and plans
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various project sites

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aiea, HI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
