The Senior Manager, IS Delivery ensures the reliable delivery of IT services, providing a stable, secure, and high-performing technology environment for corporate and industrial operations. This role is responsible for maintaining service excellence, meeting SLAs, ensuring user satisfaction, and supporting business growth through efficient IT operations.
Responsibilities- Spearhead the end-to-end delivery of IT services, ensuring optimal availability, performance, and user satisfaction across the organization.
- Establish and monitor SLAs and KPIs; implement ITIL-aligned processes (incident, change, problem management) to drive operational excellence and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align IT services with strategic business goals and support enterprise-wide scalability.
- Direct the management of enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, and mission-critical applications to ensure secure, scalable, and resilient operations.
- Lead business continuity planning, disaster recovery strategies, and compliance with information security standards across all environments.
- Ensure IT operations adhere to regulatory standards, internal controls, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Promote secure practices across systems, networks, and user interactions throughout the organization.
- Build and lead a high-performing IT team focused on service excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Deliver structured change management, user training, and support programs to maximize adoption and impact of new technologies.
- Experience developing tactical methodologies and maintaining processes for compliance in Information Services Delivery and Digital Transformation.
- Demonstrated use of the latest technology to enhance organizational growth.
- Solid analytical skills and judgment to proactively identify and solve complex problems.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize in changing situations.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with Azure and IT operations in a manufacturing environment.
The work environment includes both office and manufacturing settings. Office work requires the ability to sit for extended periods and manage data entry tasks. In a manufacturing environment, the role may require standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. There may be exposure to dust and variations in physical activity throughout the workday. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
