Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Inspector to join a leading concrete repair contractor. The role involves managing and overseeing restoration projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist with concrete work, forming systems, and general site preparation
- Load, unload, and move construction materials and tools
- Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe work environment
- Support trades and supervisors with daily tasks and project needs
- Operate basic hand and power tools as directed
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Help with layout, measurements, and basic site marking
- Report progress and issues to the Foreman or Superintendent
Essential Skills
- Experience in concrete and concrete repair.
- Proficiency in masonry work.
- Familiarity with RFI, change order, and submittal processes.
- Experience with Procore software.
- Strong focus on safety practices.
Work Environment
The position requires working on-site five days a week. You will be part of a growing firm with projects throughout the Tristate area.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln Park, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
