  • Partner with Production and Manufacturing Engineering to develop and refine systems that optimize production efficiency and reduce downstream manual processes.
  • Lead Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) and Nonconforming Material Report (NCMR) investigations related to injection molding processes and implement sustainable quality improvements.
  • Maintain molding operations in a clean, well-organized state consistent with lean manufacturing principles.
  • Comply with all applicable quality policies, specifications, regulations, and documented instructions.

  • Solid understanding and practical application of LEAN manufacturing principles.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools for data analysis, documentation, and presentation.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations to groups.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or related field preferred.
  • Experience working in cross-functional business team environments.
  • Experience in medical technology manufacturing or similarly regulated industries is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and lean culture.
