We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to join our team, focusing on preparing budgetary, conceptual, and competitive bid estimates for commercial construction projects. This role involves balancing company profitability with total customer satisfaction by providing comprehensive estimating services, including labor and material quantity take-offs.
Responsibilities- Prepare budgetary, conceptual, and competitive bid estimates for commercial construction projects.
- Provide labor and material quantity take-offs as required.
- Perform carpentry and other trade takeoffs for self-performed work.
- Conduct pre-construction services and develop a comprehensive understanding of project scope.
- Lead bidding and estimating project tasks and present estimates to clients.
- Attend pre-bid and de-scope meetings with clients.
- Develop a basis of scope for bidding and estimating purposes and qualify all estimates relative to scope.
- Review change orders and negotiate with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
- Assist in developing project logistics and planning and scheduling work.
- Manage workloads according to department deadlines, commitments, and priorities.
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers, subcontractors, and design professionals.
- Assist in value engineering and constructability analysis.
- Experience in healthcare projects.
- Degree in Construction Management.
- Proficiency in preparing budgetary, conceptual, and competitive bid estimates.
- Knowledge of estimating software, Microsoft Office, and construction documents.
- Experience in project estimation and construction management.
- 2-10 years of experience in the commercial building construction market preferred.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture strongly preferred.
- Past experience working with general contractors or construction managers is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Outstanding time management, organizational, prioritization, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficient knowledge of estimating processes and related industry trends.
- Comprehensive understanding of trades, scopes, timelines, and scheduling/sequencing of work.
- Marketing experience is a plus.
- Experience with hotel and entertainment venues is preferred.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
