Are you a bilingual (Spanish/English) professional with a passion for dental care? We are looking for a dedicated Front Office Dental Assistant to join our team in Downtown Los Angeles, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a difference in patients' lives.

Position Details:

• Position: Front Office Dental Assistant
• Location: Los Angeles, CA 90015
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays if needed
• Shift: 7:30am-4:30pm or 8am-5pm
• Pay: $21/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Check-In/Out: Efficiently check patients in and out, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Phone Management: Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments.
• Appointment Scheduling: Manage and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling and minimal wait times.
• Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits, and assist with any necessary referrals or authorizations.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including handling billing, maintaining patient records, and assisting with other clerical tasks as needed.

Additional Information:

• Language Requirement: Must be bilingual in Spanish.
• Work Environment: Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, seeing 20-30 patients a day.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
