Key Responsibilities
- Turn-Key Delivery: Own the install, commissioning, and troubleshooting of DDC systems. Deliver full software solutions, including sequencing, graphics, and alarms.
- Technical Leadership: Act as the lead resource and mentor for junior techs. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes.
- Risk & Coordination: Partner with Project Managers to manage risk and align execution. Coordinate with teams to ensure clear communication and reliable delivery.
- Travel & Flexibility: Travel as needed and stay adaptable to shifting priorities, project demands, and field workloads.
- Proficiency & Growth: Demonstrate deep proficiency with ALC products, system architectures, and ASHRAE guidelines. Apply this expertise to deliver safe, high-performance systems across complex customer environments.
- Project Integrity: Maintain expert-level documentation, including commissioning logs and progress tracking, to ensure safe and compliant system delivery
Requirements
- High School or GED and above
- 2 years of experience in building automation, HVAC, or related technical field -> manufacturing not residential
- 2 within BacNet communications -> troubleshooting theories for connection
- WebCTRL // Automated Logic knowledge
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
