Job Description
This role requires a professional with at least 3-4 years of experience in managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer skills and be open to working with MEP systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee RFIs, submittals, and change orders within construction projects.
- Collaborate with field engineers and supervisors to ensure project goals are met.
- Utilize project management tools and techniques to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Contribute to the restructuring and growth of the company by bringing valuable experience and insights.
Essential Skills
- 3-4 years of experience in construction project management.
- Proficiency in handling RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Strong computer skills with a focus on project management software.
- Willingness to work with MEP systems.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of San Jose, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $70.00/hr.
