Job Description

This role requires a professional with at least 3-4 years of experience in managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer skills and be open to working with MEP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee RFIs, submittals, and change orders within construction projects.
• Collaborate with field engineers and supervisors to ensure project goals are met.
• Utilize project management tools and techniques to maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Contribute to the restructuring and growth of the company by bringing valuable experience and insights.

Essential Skills

• 3-4 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proficiency in handling RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Strong computer skills with a focus on project management software.
• Willingness to work with MEP systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Open to a variety of backgrounds in construction and engineering.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving work environment.

Work Environment

The work environment is dynamic and evolving, with a focus on restructuring and growth. You will work closely with field engineers and supervisors, contributing to the success of construction projects. The role requires proficiency with project management tools and an openness to working with MEP systems.

This is a Contract position based out of San Jose, CA.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $70.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in San Jose,CA.
