Responsibilities- Place purchase requisitions and purchase orders efficiently.
- Submit payments and manage all invoice inquiries.
- Follow up on payments using SAP.
- Plan and schedule both Preventative and Demand Maintenance.
- Coordinate with external vendors for Preventative/Calibration execution.
- Work closely with Buyers and Corporate teams.
- Provide accrual impact information to the finance department.
- Proficiency in SAP for payment follow-ups.
- Experience in facilities management and coordination.
- Strong organizational skills for planning and scheduling maintenance activities.
- Familiarity with preferred software systems.
The position involves working closely with corporate and external vendors, utilizing technologies such as SAP. The role requires attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on maintaining efficient facilities operations.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
