Responsibilities
- Perform air emissions testing and monitoring services at a variety of client industrial facilities.
- Record and analyze data, collect samples.
- Transport and set up testing equipment using a company vehicle; dismantle equipment post-testing.
- Calibrate testing equipment and assist engineers in conducting air quality testing procedures.
- Adhere to environmental, health, and safety protocols.
- Organize and load testing equipment into vehicles for upcoming assignments.
- Gain proficiency in EPA Test Methods 1-5 using company resources.
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a field testing, engineering, construction, industrial or relevant hands-on role.
- Experience using instruments to collect samples and record data.
- Team player with strong initiative and communication skills.
- Ability to travel
- Comfortable working at heights and lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Career Path: Test Technician - Test Engineer I/II - AET Team Lead - Project Manager - Sr. Project Manager.
- Expected travel is 70% over the course of the year. Majority of client sites located in SW region and drivable.
- Company vehicle provided for travel. All travel time, expenses, lodging additional $72 per diem are paid by company.
- Typical projects require 2-to-5 days out of town during the standard work week, Monday-Friday.
- Frequent overtime required when traveling, paid at 1.5x rate.
