Seeking a project manager estimator that specializes in environmental remediation services to bid and manage jobs ranging from 20 thousand to 1 million. Will manage 2-3 jobs at a time. The jobs are remediating government facilities or restoring and monitoring groundwater remediation sites or asbestos, mold, and lead abatement operations..

This candidate needs to understand environmental compliance of asbestos, lead, mold, and hazardous waste remediation projects.

Hands on field experience or being apart of field teams of large-scale remediation projects where there is collaboration with environmental engineers and regulatory agencies would set someone apart.

Holding any of these certs will set someone apart: Asbestos Abatement Supervision, Lead Renovation & Abatement, Hazardous Waste Operations (HAZWOPER), and Heavy Equipment, OSHA 30, NYS Mold Assessor, NYS Asbestos Inspector, NYS Project Monitor, NYS Air Technician, and NYS Project Designer

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Syracuse, NY.

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $55.00/hr.
