Environmental Health And Safety Specialist

We are hiring for an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist opportunity here in the Dayton, Ohio area! This is a long-term career opportunity for someone looking to grow in the field! This role will be in a highly regulated environment, so safety and regulations must be taken extremely seriously.

Responsibilities

The Environmental Health and Safety Specialist will be responsible for:

• Implementing and managing EHS policies and regulations
• Performing Job Hazard Assessments
• Coordinating or conducting training sessions
• Maintaining Safety Data Sheet files
• Reviewing new chemicals and ensuring safety protocols are being established and followed.
• Participate in investigations regarding any workplace accidents.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree
• Must have 2 years of experience in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS).

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Dayton, OH.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.
