Location: Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay: $19/hour (approximately $900/week)
About the Role
This onsite opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to start or grow a career in pharmacy operations. As part of an automated refill center, you’ll work in a fast-paced production environment picking, packing, and preparing individual prescription orders for direct-to-patient shipment. We’ll support your path toward becoming a Pharmacy Technician while you gain hands-on experience.
Once hired, employees will be assisted in obtaining a Kentucky Board of Pharmacy Technician License. A BIG step in your career!
What You’ll Do
- Pick and pack individual prescription orders following on-screen prompts and program specifications
- Fold and include required paperwork with prescriptions for shipment
- Sort orders by store location and place in totes for shipping
- Load packaged product onto trucks
- Maintain a continuous workflow to meet daily production goals
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and SOPs
- Adhere to and promote the company’s shared ICARE principles
- Demonstrate problem-resolution skills by recognizing issues and escalating to management as needed
- Follow all federal and state HIPAA regulations and pharmacy standard procedures to ensure patient safety and privacy
Note: Occasional mandatory overtime may be required to meet daily workload demands.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
