Entry Level Drafter

Actively seeking entry level drafters to support the design team on telecommunication projects. Drafters will be using AutoCAD 2D.

What You’ll Do:

• Create detailed designs, drawings, and specifications that bring telecommunication projects to life.
• Work independently to produce high-quality manual or computer-assisted construction drawings with precision and minimal errors.
• Interpret and apply industry standards and company specifications to your designs.
• Collect and analyze field data to inform design decisions and evaluate equipment performance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Experience with 2D drafting software (CAD preferred) or exposure to construction/engineering with a strong computer skills.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google equivalent (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

- Attention to detail

- Ability to work without direct supervision

- Good spatial awareness (ability to visualize distances and sizes)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
